Connect your Strava account via OAuth. Your Garmin activities will sync automatically to Strava if you have that set up in Garmin Connect.

You need a free Strava API application. Create one at strava.com/settings/api and add STRAVA_CLIENT_ID and STRAVA_CLIENT_SECRET to your .env file.
